About the Center for Integrative Health and Healing of Seal Beach​

​The Center for Integrative Health and Healing is a long held dream of creating a safe place for individuals to walk through the journey of restorative health ~ in mind, body, and spirit ~ coming to fruition. Here you will find a collective team of practitioners who, together, can facilitate your healing and help you improve your overall well-being. Our intention is to provide a safe, serene space from which practitioners can support you. Each of the practices complements one another. Often you will find the practitioners work collaboratively to help you heal, find balance, grow, and change.

Supporting your growth and transformation, regardless of what changes or resolution of symptoms you seek, must come from a place of being held sacred, allowing you to restore your emotional, mental, and physical health in the way you deserve. Their intent is to walk along side you, giving gentle guidance when needed, so you can make the changes you want for yourself.

 

At the Center for Integrative Health and Healing, the practitioners strive to meet you where you are so you able to listen to the still, small voice within; hear the questions and the answers for yourself; connect with your personal power; feel empowered to change and grow; and know you are safe to allow your body to do what it knows how to do ~ heal.
